How Many Days is the CEM Certification Program?

The program is three days and teaches participants how to build and deploy Customer Experience Management (CEM) strategies within their organization. Our program is filled with challenging and interactive, real-life individual and group exercises that will demonstrate how to apply your knowledge when you return home after the program. Throughout the three days, you will also be building a Personal Action Plan to help you start executing immediately upon your return.
