How Many Days is the CEM Certification Program?
The core program is two days and teaches participants how to build and deploy Customer Experience Management (CEM) strategies within their organization. Our program is filled with challenging and interactive real life individual and group exercises that will demonstrate how to apply your knowledge when you return home after the program.
In addition to the core two days, we offer an optional third day. Participants are presented with a series of challenging scenarios designed to help them apply the material taught during the first two days of the program. Working in groups, participants will solve the challenges presented and present their resolutions to hone their skills and overall comprehension of the methodology.
Should I attend 2 days or 3 days?
Due to the intensive nature of the two day program, many participants requested extra time to practice utilizing the templates and the applying the methodology taught during the program. The third day is not required for certification, however we recommend that you attend all three days.

If you need to make hotel arrangements to attend the event, please contact the hotel directly. You are encouraged to book your rooms early, as space is limited.

For the event, we have secured a discounted room block at the event hotel for the program. If you plan to stay at the event hotel, reservations must be made no later than February 2, 2010 to receive the discounted rate.

Traveling from the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson to New York City:
If you plan to travel to New York City from the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson, we highly recommend that you use the PATH train. The event hotel is next to the Exchange Place station and offers direct access to Madison Square Garden, Penn Station and the World Trade Center. The PATH train costs $1.75 each way and is available 24 hours.
